How to Upload Print-Ready Files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
<\/div>\n\n\n\n

To ensure fast, high-quality production, please upload your artwork correctly. Even small errors can affect the final result \u2014 follow these steps to have your files accepted without additional corrections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

1. Document format<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Accepted formats: PDF (Press Quality), AI, EPS, CDR, TIFF, PSD.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ensure all colours are in CMYK<\/strong> (convert any RGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Convert all fonts to outlines or embed them in the file\/PDF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. File settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Add 3\u20135 mm bleed<\/strong> on all sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keep text and key elements at least 5 mm inside the trim<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Image resolution: 300 dpi or higher<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.. Name your files clearly<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Use clear names, e.g. BusinessCard_85x55mm_CMYK.pdf<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For variants, add a version number, e.g. Brochure_V2.pdf.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Upload process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Open the request form below<\/strong> and fill in the required details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select your file<\/strong> \u2014 upload from your computer or cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check before uploading<\/strong> \u2014 ensure there are no missing elements or colour mismatches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add any special printing notes<\/strong> in the order window if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Confirm the upload<\/strong> \u2014 submit the form to complete your file submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
