Delivery methods and times
- Standard delivery
Estimated 2–5 business days, depending on location and item availability. For exact timings, please check your order tracking page. - Express delivery
Orders placed by 12:00 on business days may be delivered on the next business day. Express service is available only in selected areas — please verify availability for your address before ordering.
Delivery pricing
Delivery charges depend on order size, weight, and destination. The final price is calculated and shown before you complete your order.
Tracking
Each order receives a tracking number. You can track the shipment on the Venipak website or contact our customer support team to check the current status.
Receiving your order
Orders are delivered by Venipak couriers to the address you provide. Please ensure the address is accurate and complete. If the courier cannot access the address for reasons beyond Venipak’s control, an additional re-delivery fee may apply.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach the recipient at the scheduled time, you will be able to arrange a new delivery time. If delivery cannot be completed within the specified period, the order will be returned, and we will inform you about the return process.
